WFR Has been developed for the die casting process, allows for a very small amount spray, reduction of water remaining rejects, No waste water disposal and the extension of die life etc., to achieve quality improvement and cost reduction, it is a revolutionary new oil based die lubricant.

We succeeded in adding a special electrostatic auxiliaries to original WFR series, to impart conductivity, and allowed the first electrostatic spraying application in die casting. It is now possible to adhere the die lubricant to the point where it was hardly adhere.

NPL series contains inorganic powder filled with excellent thermal insulation properties. It is suitable for squeeze casting and thin wall parts require better metal flow. Applicable with electrostatic spray application.

By applying the cultivated "high adhesion" in the WFR series, FTS series correspond to a mold temperature of 200 °C (392°F) or more, and can compress without lowering the die temperature, material temperature, working at low pressure, then low press load is possible. Applicable with electrostatic spray application.

New development, WFR-N series is especially designed for wide temperature range while corresponding high die temperature as before and also improving the rapid evaporation under low die temperature area.

Unlike other WFR series, Z series has a high extensibility and especially for emphasize high wettability. Z series form a homogeneous film and wide spray coverage. Applicable for Electrostatic spray application.
